Nick Kyriakou Joins PiinPoint as Customer Success Specialist

We are pleased to announce that Nick Kyriakou has joined PiinPoint as a Customer Success Specialist. Nick has actually worked at PiinPoint for his last two Co-op work-terms from the University of Waterloo while pursuing his Bachelors of Environmental Studies in Environment and Business. Nick has demonstrated his attention to detail, his technical skills, and his sheer willingness to step up to any task and is a great fit for PiinPoint.

Nick has demonstrated a strong technical knowledge of PiinPoint applications and workflows and he will no doubt be a huge asset to our client users as they develop their real estate analysis and workflows for decision makers. Nick’s previous experience and creativity at Piin during his work terms will be instrumental as we continue to help our clients get the most out of their experience with the platform,” says Tom Peters, Chief Revenue Officer at PiinPoint. 

Having now graduated from UW, Nick joins the Customer Success team in this critical role. PiinPoint is known for its attention to customers, and Nick will no doubt take that role to the next level.  

Fun fact:  Nick is a math wiz. Nick achieved top 25% of all contestants in a Canadian Open competition in 2014.
