SVP, Sleep Country
In this webinar, we discussed the most pressing topics facing retail leaders based on our recent POV, The Future of Market Planning.
“It’s funny; I think everyone has just gotten comfortable with the fact that competitors have now become partners.”
Hear from our special guest, Phil Besner, about how the real estate “status-quo” has evolved for retail superstar, Sleep Country Canada, over the last 2 years. He touches on the impacts of eCommerce, balancing real estate experimentation and the core business, as well as how responsibilities have changed across the organization.
“We could provide either a digital experience or a store experience for the customer, however they wanted to shop.”
The webinar wraps up with an audience Q&A.

"PiinPoint has become an integral part of my role as Retail Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region. The platform allows me to put together professional looking reports and provide clients with the insights they need to make real estate decisions.
I honestly don’t know how I would do my job effectively without PiinPoint."
